Organising and Executive Committee

Terms of Reference

The Committee is responsible for planning and running the fair as a whole, across its academic, administrative and financial dimensions. Its main duties are listed below.

  1. Contribution of Academic Units

    Planning the contributions of faculties, schools, vocational schools and research centres, and encouraging student participation in the fair.

  2. Public and Private Sector Cooperation

    Securing the participation of public institutions and private sector representatives from Balıkesir and the Marmara Region, and strengthening regional cooperation.

  3. Official Invitations

    Managing official invitations to chambers of commerce and industry, commodity exchanges, organised industrial zones, technoparks and companies.

  4. Task Allocation and Timeline

    Allocating tasks among units, and setting and monitoring the organisation timeline.

  5. Coordination of Commissions

    Ensuring that the commissions established for the fair work in coordination.

  6. Budget and Resource Management

    Planning and overseeing the budget items and the use of resources for the fair.
